The Wilmersburger Pizzaschmelz Vital Mozzella is the perfect vegan alternative to pizza cheese. It melts excellently and makes the pizza a real highlight. It is free of coconut oil and flatters the body with lots of unsaturated fatty acids, calcium and vitamin B12. It is also rich in natural vitamin E and has a high content of omega-3 fatty acids.
